If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to AIONINNO Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
• “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual, business, or institution using our services.
• “Services” means our software solutions, including Edu Manage Plus, HR Login, ERP, consulting, and IT support.

2. Use of Services

• You must provide accurate information when registering for our services.
• You agree not to misuse, copy, resell, or exploit our software or intellectual property.
• Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or duplication of services is strictly prohibited.

3. Licensing

• AIONINNO grants clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software, subject to payment and agreement terms.
• Clients do not own the source code unless explicitly stated in the contract.
• The company reserves the right to revoke licenses in case of misuse or non-payment.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed pricing plan.
• Fees are payable in Indian Rupees (or USD for international clients).
• Refund Policy: If services are canceled within 4 days, completed work will be billed at the hourly/project rate and deducted from the refund. Beyond this period, payments are non-refundable.

5. Data & Privacy

• Client data is processed as per our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell or misuse personal or institutional data.
• Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the data uploaded into our systems.

6. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business or technical information.
• This obligation survives termination of the contract.

7. Service Delivery & Timelines

• We commit to delivering projects as per agreed timelines.
• Delays caused by incomplete client inputs or approvals are not the responsibility of AIONINNO.

8. Intellectual Property

• All designs, software, and development remain the property of AIONINNO until full payment is received.
• Completed projects may be showcased in our portfolio unless restricted by written agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

• AIONINNO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services.
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• AIONINNO may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or unlawful use.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

12. Updates to Terms

• We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
• Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.”

13. Communication Consent

By submitting your information, you authorize AIONINNO Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to contact you via phone, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, or email for informational and promotional purposes related to our services. You can opt out of promotional communication at any time by contacting us.
